Come to the salon 15 minutes before your appointment and have a short chat with our stylists over a cup of hot tea or coffee. Arriving late for your appointment may negatively affect us and our other customers.
Deposit
Canceling your appointments shortly before the appointment will negatively affect our schedule and prevent other customers from making that appointment.
Therefore, if you cancel your appointment within the last 24 hours, 50% of the price will be charged. To cancel an appointment without paying a fee, inform us 48 hours before the appointment.
